Q: Do we need to pay for samples?

A: Normally, samples are invoiced first, and the value will be deducted from your first official purchase order. In some cases, for strategic projects, Viglacera can provide samples F.O.C upon a confirmed cooperation agreement.

Q: Can Viglacera develop OEM products based on our drawings and standards?

A: Yes. Our R&D team and factory have extensive experience in OEM projects, supported by certifications (ASME, MAP 1000, ISO, etc.) and modern technology (e.g. Max Vortex flushing).

Q: Do you sign NDA or cooperation agreements before OEM development?

A: Yes. For OEM projects, we normally sign an NDA or a cooperation agreement to protect both parties and clarify project scope before development.

Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A: Our MOQ is typically one full 40HC container per month for sanitary ware. For new projects, we can be flexible depending on product type.

Q: How are sample costs handled in pricing?

A: Sample invoice values will be deducted from the first confirmed PO.

Q: Which certifications do your products comply with?

A: Our products comply with international standards such as ASME A112.19, CSA B45, ISO 9001, and selected models have MAP 1000 certification.

Q: Do you provide test reports and certificates?

A: Yes, certificates and test reports can be provided upon request for relevant markets.

Q: What is your standard production lead time?

A: Normally 20–30 days after order confirmation. Larger or customized orders may require more time.

Q: Can we consolidate multiple products in one container?

A: Yes, we can mix SKUs in one container as long as packing safety and MOQ are maintained.

Q: How do you ensure product safety during shipment?

A: We use interlock palletizing patterns, reinforced cartons, and wooden crates (if required) to minimize breakage. Damage rates are closely monitored and continuously improved.
